Our advertising rate is just $5.00 per day. This is less than half of the rate for the local paper where you would only get 3 lines or about 10 words.  With us you may provide as verbose and detailed a description as you want. You may also include several pictures and a floor plan if you choose. Give us the address and we will link in a locator map as well.

Prospective tenants find our web site from newspaper ads, direct links from the web sites of; area employers, the Chamber of Commerce, real estate offices, The Vermont Apartment Owners Association, several major internet search engines and by word of mouth from the satisfied visitors to our site.

We have found that being able to be clear about your terms and conditions and what you are offering saves time answering the same questions again and again. We can start the ad the day we receive the information and stop it immediately upon receiving your request. We currently receive over 3/4 of our inquiries from our web site and spend much less time answering questions because our web site has done that for us.

All information should be submitted to us by email. We can arrange for someone to take pictures, draw up a floor plan and even write your ad for you for a rate of $35.00 per hour.

We also need your billing information to run your ad.  We will bill you at the end of the month or upon stopping of the ad.
