This apartment was recently renovated in conjunction with Efficiency Vermont. The work included new Energy Star rated: windows, lighting, appliances, heat and hot water system, and programmable thermostats.  This building has just completed energy audit and complete weatherization.

By this heating season we hope to be connected to our district heating system using locally produced wood pellets as the primary energy source for heat and hot water resulting in a substantial reduction in oil use and carbon emissions
