Maintenance:

We have a full time staff of maintenance professionals. If you find anything in your apartment or house that needs attention please let us know immediately. Even if you think that it is "no big deal," if it bothers you, it bothers us. We want you to be as happy as possible in your space and we will try to accommodate all of your needs. Further, it is better for us to deal immediately with a small problem before it becomes a major, expensive problem.

If you have a maintenance concern that is not an emergency, please call Marty in the office at (802) 254-6200 ext: 0#. If it is after hours, leave a message and he will return your call as soon as he is back in the office. IN THE CASE OF EMERGENCY:
Our staff is on call 24 hours a day. If you have a TRUE emergency, call our office number, (802) 254-6200, and then extension 3#. Leave a message with the details of the emergency and your phone number. Our staff will be paged and we will call you back as soon as possible.


Paying Rent:

To make sure that you receive the rent discount please submit payments by the first 1st of the month.

There are 3 easy ways to pay your rent:

Internet: From our website, www.greenmountainrentals.com, click on the tab at the top that says "Pay Your Rent Online." This program is a secure server provided by our bank. Set up an account and make payments directly from your checking account or credit card.

Mail: You can mail in your rent check. Just make sure that it is postmarked by the 1st of the month.Our office mailing address is:

Office Drop-Off: You can bring your rent by our office anytime you wish. If it is after-hours, you can slide an envelope with your rent payment through our drop slop, located to the left of our office door. Payments received in the drop slot by the morning of the 2nd day of the month will be considered on time.

We have been here for 20+ years and although some things have changed, these are our trusted spots where we can turn for a delicious meal, a good sense of community or an afternoon of fun.
